Jutsu/Skill Application Guide

To apply for a new Jutsu or a Skill in game, you must fill out an app in the Submit Apps window (Accessed on the top bar of your screen under User OOC Buttons). The format for Jutsu and Skills can be found on their respective pages. Once youve pasted the app and filled it out with pertinent information, you must do one of two things.
If the technique is Canon and within your rank (IE, you have the Needed Stats to apply for the jutsu) You may continue logging right away.
However
If the technique is Custom, you must have the permission of the original creator to log for it. Any NEW techniques must be submitted and flagged with (New) in the title of the application. That way, the staff has time to approve them or balance them BEFORE you begin logging towards them. The logging process itself is passive. Simply practice towards it realistically and the admins will see it.
